Dear Diary,

A long day of traveling and now I am tired... got a lot of reading done, and also organized my tax info. Now I just have to print it out and send to my accountant...

So, not much news really. I have just been trying to keep my focus on my life in the here and now. Whenever my brain starts to think of M, I just say, "I'm not giving him the power," and I do what I can to pull my attention back to my life in the here and now. Seems to have worked pretty well today.
